Greensboro split a doubleheader with visiting Rhodes on Tuesday. Rhodes took the first game 12-9, while the home team won the nightcap, 7-6 in 11 innings. Anthony Corona went 7-for-11 with 2 home runs, a double and one triple and 5 RBI for The Pride in the DH. In game one, the Lynx scored 3 runs off losing pitcher Greg Allen to break a 9-9 tie in the 7th inning. In the night cap, Dale Martin walked with the bases loaded to end the game. Anthony Corona tripled to lead off the 11th. Losing pitcher Taylor Babich then intentionally walked Lyle Donaldson and Kyle Bolick to pitch to Martin, who then walked on four pitches.

The third time figured to be the charm for the Concordia (Ill.) Cougars. After having lost one-run games earlier in the season to Augustana and Illinois Wesleyan, both regionally-ranked teams from the CCIW, the Cougars turned the tables on a third team from that conference, seventh-ranked Carthage College. Zach Bickel's ninth-inning single drove home the winning run as Concordia defeated Carthage 6-5 at the Benedictine University Sports Complex in Lisle, Illinois on Tuesday evening.

Johns Hopkins jumped out to an early 9-0 lead and held off a late Mary Washington rally to secure a 17-10 win in the regular season finale for both teams. The Blue Jays (34-5) won their fifth straight as senior Todd Emr, junior Dave Garber and sophomore Chris Huisman combined for 11 RBIs in the game.

Methodist was down 6-0 heading into the bottom of the third but came from behind to win 16-6 over the 11th ranked Piedmont Lions. The Monarchs move to 28-15-1 overall while Piedmont is 33-12 this season. Piedmont took an early 1-0 in the first and added five more for a 6-0 lead after scoring five runs on five hits in the top of the third. Methodist came back in the bottom of the inning with two runs. Methodist got things going in the sixth with five runs to give the Monarchs a 7-6 lead. Nine runs in the eighth, highlighted by a three-run home run by Dustin proctor put the game out of reach.
