May 15, 2016 Vikings takes CCIW title at home Chris Sauer tossed a complete game and Augustana clubbed 19 hits as the Vikings defeated Illinois Wesleyan 10-1 in the championship game of the 2016 CCIW championship on Sunday, May 15 at Swanson Stadium/Brunner Field.
April 2, 2016 Top 25 Saturday round-up No. 1 Trinity (Texas) and No. 3 Ramapo swept conference doubleheaders on Saturday while Emory and Oswego won single games against regional rivals. North Central (Ill.) saw their undefeated start to the season end at the hands of Augustana.
