The playoff field stood at 58 teams last Friday and after four days, the field stands at a sweet 16. The Super-Regional round will begin on Friday reducing the number of playoff teams to eight for the D-III College World Series in Cedar Rapids.
Cougars defend home turf, advance
Concordia-Chicago finished its trip back from the losers' bracket and beat Baldwin Wallace to earn a three-game set with Webster, nabbing the final super regional spot.
Super Regionals filled, almost
Cortland broke out the bats to advance to the super regionals, W&J and Johns Hopkins secured spots next as the 16 team super regionals took shape. Concordia-Chicago extended their regional into Monday with a 14-13 win in extra innings over Baldwin Wallace.

The Baruch College Bearcats defeated the Eagles of Husson University in a best-of-three series to advance to the NCAA Championship Tournament for the first time in team and CUNYAC history.
Chapman wins SLIAC on final day
For the second season in a row, Chapman ended the SCIAC Postseason Tournament with a dogpile. This time, it was on Chapman's home field of Hart Park. The Panthers defeated Cal Lutheran 5-2 to claim the tournament title.

Rochester wins twice to claim Liberty League title
Rochester captured its first ever Liberty League Tournament title, defeating Clarkson twice on Saturday afternoon at Towers Field. Rochester, earns the conference's automatic bid into the NCAA Division III Tournament, for the first time since the 1999 season.
Bethany Lutheran repeats as UMAC champs
The Bethany Lutheran College baseball team swept through the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) tournament to claim their second consecutive title. The #2 seed Vikings opened the tournament with a win over #3 Northwestern and then followed up with a win over #4 UW-Superior. Today, on championship Saturday, the Vikings again defeated #4 UW-Superior by a score of 7-2. The win gives Bethany Lutheran an automatic bid to the NCAA Regional for the second time in program history, making it back to back appearances for the Vikings.
Cornell survives elimination games to capture MWC crown
Cornell's baseball team is Midwest Conference Tournament champions and NCAA-bound for the first time in school history. It all happened after the Rams won four consecutive elimination games, including three on Saturday at Monmouth's Glasgow Field.
Denison is playoff bound
Denison's miraculous season continued on Saturday following a 7-5 victory over 15th-ranked Wooster to secure the first NCAC Tournament championship in program history. With the win, the Big Red earns an automatic bid into the 2019 NCAA Playoffs.
Ithaca continues dominance in E8 tournaments
For the eighth consecutive season, the No. 25 Ithaca College baseball team can call themselves Empire 8 Conference champions as the Bombers took down St. John Fisher, 8-5, on Saturday afternoon at Cornell's Hoy Field. Ithaca has won all five E8 Tournaments since the conference began sponsoring a postseason championship and now have won 17 of the last 19 Empire 8 titles.
Keystone wins CSAC again
Keystone secured the program's 15th-straight conference title, including its 11th-consecutive CSAC championship, with Saturday's 5-2 victory over visiting Cairn University on Saturday afternoon at Christy Mathewson Field.
La Roche makes it six titles in a row
La Roche Redhawks are champions again! Starting pitcher Tristen Tinney shut down Penn State Altoona and Shane Roebuck blasted a home run to help the Redhawks win their sixth straight AMCC Championship and their seventh in the past eight years.

Concordia Texas claimed its fourth ASC title after defeating LeTourneau in the Gold Bracket Championship in a best-of-three series at Tornado Field. The Tornados took Thursday's game over the YellowJackets and wrapped up the series Friday afternoon.
Gwynedd Mercy wins inaugural Atlantic East championship
Gwynedd Mercy defeated Cabrini, 10-9, on Saturday afternoon to capture the 2019 Atlantic East Conference Championship. The Griffins, who had won game one on Friday, 20-5, needed one win on Saturday to lock up the best-of-three championship series, but it did not come without a fight.

TCNJ completes perfect run
It took a couple of extra days, but TCNJ completed a perfect run through the NJAC Tournament as it defeated Ramapo, 9-4, on Tuesday afternoon at Kean. With the victory, the Lions are NJAC Champions for the second time in three years.
