April 24, 2019 Belhaven hires Palmer Kyle Palmer has been named the head baseball coach at Belhaven University, school officials announced. He will replace Hill Denson who will retire at the end of the 2019 season.
March 6, 2019 Delgado, Hall, Jones honored in second week of NCBWA awards Deauton Delgado, Louisiana College, David Hall, Belhaven, and Casey Jones, St. Vincent earned the hitter, pitcher and rookie awards presented by the NCBWA for the second week of the awards.
January 11, 2019 Denson set to retire after 2019 season Belhaven head coach Hill Denson has announced that 2019 will be his final season of coaching. Denson is in his 19th season with the Blazers and has compiled a career record of 1,284-869-2, including a 1,058-774-2 collegiate coaching mark.

The got a sweep over two top programs and leave Texas with two big wins. The only other ranked team also found success as Texas-Dallas shutout Belhaven,
February 19, 2018 Stags walk off with win, Belhaven wins slugfest CMS scored twice to steal a win from visiting Castelton, 4-3. Back in Jackson, Miss., Belhaven and North park scored a combined 33 runs in a game won by the Blazers 18-15.
April 4, 2017 Offense on display Tuesday Belhaven, Trinity (Texas) and University of Dallas all put up double digit runs, setting records in the process. Johns Hopkins, Gettysburg, and Otterbein also crossed the plate often as they easily won their Tuesday matchups.
