March 9, 2019 Bluffton loses to Florham The Bluffton University baseball team dropped a pair of games in their final day of play in the sunshine state to Florham 14-9 and 10-3, on Saturday, March 9. Bluffton falls to 5-6 on the season, while Florham improves to 2-1.
May 7, 2016 Bluffton splits at Transy in 2016 finale The Bluffton University Beavers wrapped up their 2016 campaign by splitting a double-dipper with the Transylvania University Pioneers on Saturday, May 7. The Beavers won the opening game, 7-6, before they fell, 10-2, in the nightcap. Bluffton finished the season at 14-26 with a 9-18 mark in the HCAC, while Transy heads to the HCAC tournament at 21-17 overall and 17-9 in the conference.
May 6, 2016 Transy takes series opener 5-4 over Bluffton The Bluffton University baseball team knotted the score at 4-4 with three runs in the top of the eighth, but Transylvania took the series opener with a walkoff sacrifice fly to center an inning later for a 5-4 victory on a beautiful Friday, May 6, 2016. Transylvania upped its mark to 20-16 overall and 16-8 in the Heartland Conference, while Bluffton fell to 15-23 and 8-17 in the HCAC.
May 3, 2016 Bluffton caps season sweep of rival Jackets The perfect elixir when the Beavers have needed a quick pick-me-up this season has been rival Defiance College. For the second time in two weeks, Bluffton has busted up a losing streak of at least three games against the Yellow Jackets. The Beavers capped a season sweep at Defiance with a 7-4 victory on Tuesday, May 3, 2016.
April 30, 2016 Hanover wraps up sweep of Bluffton on Senior Day The Bluffton University baseball team dropped a pair of contests on Saturday, April 30, as they fell, 4-3 (12) and 14-2, at the hands of the Hanover College Panthers. The early matchup was continued from Friday as the game was stopped after nine innings due to impending darkness.
